I joined Lime Tree in January 2018 as an Early Years Practitioner. Since then, I have progressed within the setting to become Pre-School Room Lead and Forest Garden Lead, before advancing to the role of Deputy Manager. Most recently, I have taken on the position of SEND Coordinator.

Throughout my journey, I have been consistently supported by the team and have embraced a range of training opportunities, helping me to build my confidence, develop my skills, and continue growing in my role.

I’m really excited for what the future holds and to continue growing alongside such an inspiring team, supporting every child to thrive.
